Kudos to Our COA Board Directors for their efforts to protect our interests with the proposed County Earthquake Ordinance and the 3.7 million annual Ground Rent Rebate.  They were also instrumental in getting Essex to bring back the car wash, the Gym/Fitness Center upgrade, and a win-win Racquet Sports Director  arrangement—all pluses!

However, there are several other issues the Owners’ Group has brought to the Board that still need attention.  Let’s discuss:

  • Improved property security; 
  • Nearby Homeless encampments and graffiti;
  • Small “fix ups” to improve MCC’s appearance;
  • Signage and Maps to help visitors find their way;
  • Enforcement of parking garage rules;
  • Upcoming COA election;
  • And, always questions about the restaurant.

There’s strength in numbers, so what would you like to include on the Owners’ Requested Action List?  Our goal is to let the Board know our concerns and questions and get them answered. Comments posted on mcc-owners.org website will be discussed first.
