It appears they don’t get updated quickly.
I think we need to continue our search for answers about the results of the restaurant consultants reports that we have paid for and getting more information from the restaurant board overall. With the financials that I have reviewed, I have many questions including how we are selling $20,000 per month in room service by being open for delivery only 5 days a week, why is there no breakdown on the financial for the alcohol sales for the special events, All of the room service income is being listed as dining room and the categories for income and cost of goods sold do not align properly. There is no cost of goods sold for special events (not food or beverage). Why have we spent over $4000 in linen rentals without having a functioning restaurant? There are many red flags that should be discussed with the owners.

Agree with all your comments. Would love seeing these questions answered the answers distributed widely. We have lived here a year and are so disappointed by the shady operations and poor, unprofessional communication. Not ok.
I have long felt that this board, which is in my opinion is the best board we have had in a long time, maybe forever, could and should do a better job of communicating all that they do. I don’t think there is anything shady, but more transparency seems as if it would be good. But I don’t know all the issues legal or otherwise involved. A really good way to really understand all of this is to be on the board.
We would like people to know that our Owners’ Group is available to all with some interest in the MCC, not just owners. Also some of you have complained about not getting out emails. In every such case so far, the email is in our list, so the likely problem is the the message from us has ended up in a spam folder. We feel a big priority right now is to get people involved in finding good candidates for the new board election in March. We personally expect to support any current board members that are on the ballot, but you can certainly offer other suggestions.. We would also like to solicit opinions on what might be possible to change in our current rules for a quorum. Donna is ready with some background to give all of us a better understanding. We also invite you all to submit what you would like as New Year’s resolutions for the current board.
