From our email announcement:
We are also planning an in person meeting to prepare for the next
COA Board election in March of 2024. If we are going to continue
having good people representing us on the board, we need to take
some action to make that happen. Details are at
https://mcc-owners.org/wp-admin/comment.php?action=editcomment&c=395
Did you know that the owners’ website now includes a list of the
items discussed at our Owners’ meetings? We send it to COA Board
members and management so they can see your concerns and ideas
that may help solve some of our community’s problems. In addition,
if you can’t attend a monthly COA meeting, we have just added a
synopsis of each agenda item, so you can see what the COA
directors discussed and how they voted on issues that affect all
of us. Click on one of the links belwo to see these notes. We would appreciate
feedback on whether you feel they are worthwhile.

Hi- Just a thought on the July 24 COA Board meeting’s hallway flooring plans: If we eliminate carpet altogether and go with waterproof cement instead, won’t that create a lot of unintended noise from delivery carts, footsteps at all hours, etc. vs. sound absorbing carpeting? Separately, is there any way to achieve MCC historic landmark status and thus avoid a future County campaign to condemn our buildings under the guise of earthquake vulnerability? Thanks.
There has been a tile missing in the elevator area of the PH Center North Area for almost a year…it has been reported on several occasions…please have it fixed it’s an eyesore!
