Fact vs. Fiction

As many of you are all too aware, we have been inundated with emails from Concerned MCC Owners and Bestmcclifestyle, all with an email address of [email protected]. (An email sent to this address with a request for the name behind these emails has had no response.) Both of these use an identifier at the bottom of HOAOwners | 4325 Glencoe Ave Ste.C-9-11797, Marina del Rey CA., CA 90295, and an email provider named Constant Contact.

Most (but not all) of these have an unsubscribe link at the bottom which you can use to get off these emails. There is also a link, near the bottom the bottom https://www.constantcontact.com/legal/customer-contact-data-notice. where instructions are given to do more than simply unsubscribe. Thus for example you can send a copy of the undesired email to [email protected] along with your comments at the top. Doing so by enough people is likely to mean the end of further emails for us to review. This is not a bad thing.

For those with an interest in following what is in these emails and have an interest in debunking the clearly false, commenting on this comment gives you a place to make comments. And of course comments can be made on the comments.

    FICTION: “One MCC owner Expert computer consultant. We found the installation of secret computers all over MCC, could be the spying of our MCC OWNERS computer business and phones.? We were told this member lives in an owned ESSEX unit and gets paid by HOA funds, and possible a free office at Lobby, his words ‘I am not working for free.’

    FACT: The “Expert computer consultant” owns his own unit at MCC. He also has a business, “Lerner IT Consulting” and has rented, and pays full rent, for one of the many office spaces in the Center Tower. He is an outstanding member of the MCC community and has given many hours per week assisting the MCC, and committees on various IT projects at the MCC including this website. There are no secret computers, no one is spying on anyone. I seem to recall him saying the words quoted, but it was in reference to something involving a great deal more work. These are the FACTS!
